1.) FINE: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.
I must agree with this first part, but sometimes I tend to use this use to shut you up because I know you're lying and I just don't wish to hear you anymore.
2.) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour.Five Minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five moreminutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
Now this is the exact opposite of me. I take time literally. If I say I'll be dressed in five minutes, that mean, I'm already putting my coat and shoes on and I'm just going to check on the kids and then we're going. It's no extra time and I get pissed off if you make a promise with your mouth that your butt can't cash.
3.) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
I'm good at this one. I suggest you step away from me for a few hours and then come back at me when we're on good terms. I'm not feeling you and the more you press it, the angrier I'm getting.
4.) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
I say this to my kids. I'e said it to a man once - my ex-husband, because Negro threatened to lay his hands on me again.
5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)
This is very true with me.
6.) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
I'm not a get back at you kind of girl unless your crazy butt did something really deceitful. I kind of use That's Okay, when I don't want to use Nothing.
7.) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome.
I love to say this before a date and in the middle of a date. I don't say it at the end of the date becasue I want to let you know how much a appareciate at the time how much it was nice of you to do what you did.
8.) Whatever: Is a women's way of saying "you're a complete moron."
Just drop it. What ever subject we were on, just leave it.
9.) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking, "what'swrong", for the woman's response refer to # 3.
"I'm tired of talking." When a woman gets to this point, you better make a decision. If you want to keep her, just help her out or find a way to give her a surprise romantic gift. You've pissed off that woman to the point that if she has to do it herself your butt is in serious trouble. If you don't want to keep her around. Leave it, pack your things and just go.
When a woman chooses not to speak, that's when you need to get her to talk.

THE ATTACK ON BLACK WOMEN?

Today on the cover page of yahoo.com, I saw the cutest little Black baby girl with the caption, “Why is this baby using a Blackberry?” So I clicked to watch the video. Well, all I could say is, “here the proverbial they go again!” By now, I should be aware that nearly every time I utilize any media—TV, Internet, Videos, Magazine, or Newspaper, I’m going to be bombarded with the new trend of promoting Black men with non-Black women (not Black women with resourceful White men) magical trick that fools many of us to ignorantly believe that racism is a thing of the past.
While I watched an articulate, seemingly educated, and well-mannered Black man with a non-Black woman, I wondered why their baby playing with a Blackberry (the mother gave it to her because she was getting fussy) was featured as a lead story. The baby didn’t know what she was playing with nor what the purpose of the Blackberry was, which is why I was intrigued, in the first place, to click the photo. This was a non-story to me, and especially suspicious due to yahoo being the number one (1) viewed website in the world. All I can conclude is that this is part of the blatant arrogance of promoting that resourceful Black men abandon Black women plot that will surely lead to more Black degradation--every group needs men to provide and protect or failure will result.
Judging by everything going on in the media, I am no longer suspicious that Black women are under attack; I now know it to be premeditated. If you don’t believe me, then while you travel through your life, simply be on the lookout for this attack on the Black female to be overwhelmingly shown without a mate, as a single parent and be shown as someone who should accept the worst of Black men, a less than successful White man, the role reversal of Black women doing what Black men should be doing, or the Black woman as being a bi-atch, (NO COST) ho, or the ever-ridiculous gold digger, which tells men to give Black women nothing, not even love.
This is very disconcerting because under the disastrous results derived from the lack of adequate Black male role models, the disappearing Black father and Black husband, i.e., the missing Black provider and protector within the Black race family--this is an all out assault on the prosperity of the Black race as a whole.
I’m no longer a MAMMIE that is forced to love everyone else’s child more than my own. I’m the MOTHER OF A BLACK FEMALE to whose future happiness is in jeopardy of being a part of a large group of Black women who will live life without ever experiencing being loved, honored, cherished, provided and/or protected by any man.
A White male once told me that his White male friend said, “Why would he want a Black woman, when Black men don’t even want them?” This White man was addressing what he is seeing in the media because there aren’t too many White men hanging in the inner city so to observe this for himself. Successful relationships build strong foundations that lead to functional societies, so without male female unions, no group can prosper.
Taking everything that is happening in the Black race into consideration, I VOW NOT TO SPEND ONE PENNY ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN’T SERVE BLACK BEST INTERESTS. The endorsement of our degradation is so outrageous that to ignore it is a sure sign of our own self-hatred and this form of unimportance will surely lead Blacks straight into the depths of annihilation.
The movie, Dreamgirls will expand to nearly 1900 theaters (most blockbusters are in over 3,700 theaters), so be sure to go out and watch it even if you saw a bootleg copy at home. We must take a stand to support those movies that show Black men as entrepreneurial leaders who love Black women.
OUR UPWARD MOBILITY IS WITHIN OUR REACH. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS SPEND OUR DOLLARS WHERE IT BEST SUITS THE UPWARD MOBILITY OF THE BLACK RACE. WE CAN’T AFFORD ANYMORE NEGATIVE MEDIA IMAGES THAT DEEM THE MAJORITY OF US HARM.
In today’s corporate world, these big mega-conglomerates are very fragile. Their profit margins are less than 10 percent; therefore if 33 million Black people stopped financing non-productive and damaging images, a positive change will eventually occur.
The whole, “I LOVE NEW YORK” TV show promotes the worst behaviors and beliefs about Black women. It really shouldn’t be entertaining watching ourselves being depicted as having an abundance of men at our fingertips, even if they are obviously on the downlow (especially dangerous due to the high numbers of Black females contracting HIV/AIDS from downlow men) ignorant and ill-intended, while a loud mouthed mother gets all up her daughter’s business to bring disharmony and punk any man that comes into her space. New York is in the trick bag that advocates Black women to chose a no accomplishing thug over a handsome college educated goal-oriented man (like the one the non-Black woman had in the above mentioned video clip). Damn, how stupid do they think we are?
Well, we did unknowingly pay for our own demise by purchasing rap crap! So, let’s not finance our own demise again. Please pass this information all over the internet, so we can be our own best friends that looks out for each other’s BEST INTEREST.
