She holds eye contact longer than politely necessary. Women like to study your face just as much and see what you're thinking. Usually in this moment she can tell by the eye contact you give her back on what type of guy you are. Most guys look away from this direct gaze and others don't hold the gaze but look down to the rest of the body. There are very few that will hold the gaze and make her look away first. Sometimes she will look away coyly with a hint of a beautiful smile without showing the teeth is also a clear indication as well. These are good and you could make a mint by putting them on flashcards and selling them.
I gave up the guessing game many years ago and have done pretty well, meeting some great women along the way to my committed partner. How did I do it? If I didn't know something, I asked in an adult manner.
