| YES YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS SERIES The Future CEO Leaders Program is a 6-month leadership development program designed to teach teen girls about business, leadership, philanthropy, and social responsibility, and to promote leadership through self-empowerment. The program empowers future business leaders and entrepreneurs to be the change they want to see in the world. Core skills taught include effective listening, goal-setting, ethics and ethical decision making, team building, conflict management, creative problem-solving, communication and public speaking. Program Highlights • Enhance your business and leadership skills through hands-on, interactive learning activities • Attend conferences and special events • Meet business and community leaders • Participate in community projects • Plan and host fundraising events • Get involved in the Young Woman's Chamber of Commerce • Participate in the Future CEO Leaders Mentoring Program • Take part in field trips and visits to Lansing • Opportunity to participate in "Day on Capitol Hill" in Washington, DC • Compete for awards, prizes, college scholarships, and more!
