www.FREEISMYLIFE.com: FREE Kindle Book: Total Flirt: Tips, Tricks, and Techniques Every Girl Needs to Get the Guy

FREE Kindle Book: Total Flirt: Tips, Tricks, and Techniques Every Girl Needs to Get the Guy

Another FREE Kindle Book For Ya!

The Following Book Description is From the Website -

"Total Flirt is a guide we smart girls have been waiting for. Finally: A real flirting, pick-up arts, and hookup guide for girls who want to get what they want. Every woman: from the shy and nerdy to the brazen or even the girl who wants to know what to say to that hottie who makes her blood run hot. And keep the conversation going: At parties, in cafes, online, anywhere. It also teaches us how to turn the tables on guys trying to trick us with "mind control" techniques -- or even use their techniques to our advantage. I had a lot of fun telling you exactly how to use their "secrets" to get what you want.

In the back of the book, I put instructions to get a free special bonus chapter by visiting thetotalflirt.com and entering a secret code (it's in the book!) to get your prize - more essential flirting info, advanced tips, and more.

Look for the Total Flirt app for Apple and Android, a "pocket wingmate" that guides you like a best friend through in-person flirting situations. I've had a lot of fun writing, researching and dreaming up smooth ways to make flirting and picking up hotties easy and super-fun.

Remember: it's always better to be flirty than forgotten."

Sounds like pretty good reading to me.

As I always say about FREE Kindle books on Amazon.com, if you want this book, get it now because Amazon may raise it back up to the normal $12.95 price by tomorrow. FREE does not last long on Amazon.

Monday Morning Motivation

"Shall We Dance?"

Greetings!

Lately, my new favorite hobby and stress reliever has been ballroom dancing.  It's somewhat similar to what you see on Dancing With The Stars minus the extreme theatrics, flexibility, athleticism and costumes.  Detroit has its own signature style of ballroom dancing.

Initially I found the dance form quite challenging. This might not seem likely since I've studied dance for over 20 years, but ironically, that dance training was the thing that made it difficult for me.  You see, while I'm accustomed to dancing as a part of groups or teams, I am still in charge of my own body and movements.  Ballroom dancing is all about following the leader. I had a hard time following, because I'm so used to being in control.

I found that it was not until I completely let go and trusted my partner, that I was able to execute the dance smoothly.

Here are a couple of things that held me back...

Trying to anticipate the next move.  Instead of trusting that my partner would lead me to where I needed to go, I would try to anticipate his next move and make it before he led me to it.  This often caused us to stumble or come to a halt, which inevitably led to frustration.  Think about how often we see this in our own lives. We try to control or manipulate every situation, in the ways that we think that they should go. If we were just patient enough to take a step back, exercise some faith, and trust the process, things would go much more smoothly and there would most likely be an even better outcome.

Being too stiff. Sometimes I need to just loosen up!  Before getting into the actual ballroom dance steps, the man usually begins by leading the lady in a dance called the social. The movement is so fluid that it's almost like a little girl standing on top of her father's feet while he whisks her around the room.  If you are too stiff during this part of the dance, it's difficult for your partner to lead you.  Sometimes being led is simply about being loose and flexible. We become so rigid and set in our ways that we are not open and flexible enough to be led down a path that may be much smoother for us.

Once I began to let go, my partner and I began to flow.  I heard people say things like, "You two look like you're floating."  It's as if I had become an extension of him as opposed to two people working independently of one another.

The moral of the story? Have some faith and let go so that you can be led. When you do so, the path is much smoother and the destination is much more amazing. Trust the process. Trust the plan. Trust the steps. Trust God.

Most Sincerely,
Monica Marie Jones

Monday Motivation

"How Strong is Your Fire?"

Greetings!

A couple of years ago we took a trip to the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, Arkansas.  This is the only park in the United States where you can go digging for diamonds and other precious gems.  We decided to spend the night outdoors on their camp grounds and of course we couldn't help but attempt to build a camp fire. We thought that since we were in the wilderness, then surely it wouldn't  be a problem to find wood to build the fire. Unfortunately we were sadly mistaken. Apparently the park staff had cleared out any stray wood in the forest so that you'd be forced to buy firewood from them.  So we scurried through the darkness using our cell phones as flashlights and pulled twigs from trees, picked up piles of dry leaves, and gathered trash that had accumulated in the car during our road trip.

Once we gathered up what we thought to be a sufficient amount of fuel for the fire, we lit the fire.  In the beginning, it burned big and bright, but it didn't not last.  It just kept fizzling out.  A few camp fires later, I learned that there some specific things that need to be in place in order for a fire to burn hot and strong.   We just didn't have the proper ingredients.

When it comes to anything that we do in life, we may start off appearing to be strong, but if we don't have the necessary elements in place, we will burn out.

The wood is our strength and our foundation.  It is what sustains us.  In life this includes our faith, a trusted partner, our circle of supporters, a healthy balanced diet and the work and research that we put in to prepare ourselves for whatever it is that we decide to do.

The kindling is that catalyst that gets us started or going until the fire catches to the wood.  In life this is our experiences, our lessons, and even our mistakes.  They prepare us in order to help us grow and become strong.

The match or spark that sets the wood ablaze is our motivation and once the fire begins to burn, that is our passion for what we do.

And finally, in order for a fire to continue to go strong, it needs oxygen.  This is symbolic of our need to take a deep breath, which translates to rest. We must include rest as a mandatory part of the plan for our lives.

This week I challenge you to do an inventory on your life to see if you have all of these components.

How strong is your fire?

Most Sincerely,
Monica Marie Jones
